All reservations are subject to availability and formal confirmation by the Aaiwander concierge team. A booking is considered official only upon receipt of the initial investment deposit.

• Standard bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure dates and specialist guides.
• Full balance is due 45 days prior to the commencement of the expedition.
• Last-minute bookings (within 30 days) require immediate full payment.

We understand that trajectories change. However, due to the bespoke nature of our high-fidelity experiences, specific cancellation protocols are enforced.

• Cancellations made 60+ days prior: Full refund excluding initial deposit.
• Cancellations made 30-60 days prior: 50% of the total investment is retained.
• Cancellations within 30 days: 100% of the investment is non-refundable.
